In light of the current developments and out of concern for Lebanon’s future and stability, we present to you a strategic roadmap that includes the following points:

First: A Principles Document for a Historic Peace Agreement

Signing today a principles document for a peace agreement under the auspices of the United States, inspired by the standards of the “Abraham Accords” and existing peace models in the region, in a way that ensures Lebanon’s sovereignty and prosperity.

Second: Diplomatic and Security Arrangements

Relocation to London: Traveling together with your family and the Prime Minister and his family to the British capital (London), to sign the principles document under the sponsorship and participation of the British Prime Minister.

Protection and Guarantees: Upon your arrival in London, you will receive the highest level of security protection directly from the British intelligence service (MI6).

Third: Guarantees of Internal Stability (Military Role)

1. The Lebanese Minister of Defense commits to preventing any attempt at a coup or harm to civilians, particularly the Christian community and all segments of the Lebanese people.

2. Initiating procedures to disarm Hezbollah and directing special forces to locate and determine the coordinates of long-range missile launch platforms aimed at Israel, in coordination with international forces (the United States and the United Kingdom).

3. Full intelligence cooperation with the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to ensure the security of the transition process.

Fourth: Timeline and International Recognition

Reassurance Message: You will receive official confirmation from the U.S. Secretary of State, Mr. Marco Rubio, guaranteeing your safe stay in the United Kingdom for up to 182 days, or until the Lebanese army restores full control and security stability in the country.

Final Peace Agreement: The comprehensive peace agreement will be signed in the United States within a maximum period of 36 months from the signing of the principles document.

The deadline for signing this document is today at 19:00, or as determined by the U.S. Secretary of State based on the availability of full security guarantees.

Objective: To secure Lebanon’s futur protect its leadership, and usher in a new era of regional stability with unprecedented international support.
